Halley Bright Eyes

I could, without hesitation, go on forever about how much I loved Halley and Paige. But I won't. What I love about this photo, however, is that I managed to capture the innocence of youth. The eyes, especially - that are taking in a still new world all around them. Studying. Learing. Interested. This photo underscores the whole reasoning behind why I so desperately want to have children. Halley was (and presumably still is) one of the most incredible kids I have ever known and I really miss watching her and her sister grow up.
