Witches Cup Bike Race Poster

My buddy Dan, who owns Salem Cycle, and who sponsors the Witches Cup Bike Race every year, asked me to design a poster for it. Along with designing the logo for the race, I have done both teh 2007 and 2008 race posters. This was the first and it was a huge success... both the design and the race. I love the "POW" of this poster. That starburst really drives the point home. This was also the first piece that I used my now-favorite style of vectorizing photographs (see: this entire site), and it came out spectacularly. I really love the one I did this year too, but this was the first in this vein. If only Dan could get me a printed copy of the 2008 like he promised :P
